  To comply with Data Protection and before we can respond you must include the following details in your request:

  1. Your 16 digit Notice Reference (begins with 004) - this is quoted on all correspondence
  2. Full Name
  3. Date of Birth
  4. 1st line of your Address and Post Code
  5. Details of your enquiry
  • We cannot provide any information unless you supply these details.
  • We will assume you agree to responses being sent to the same email address unless you inform us to the contrary.
  • If your enquiry relates to a Court Hearing scheduled to take place in less than 5 working days contact us by phone on 01772 410900 or alternatively email the Court Presentation Officers at SRU-CPO@lancashire.police.uk; please mark your email URGENT and provide a telephone number so we can contact you.
